Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your email (for sign-in, notifications, and support).
• Usage: the store URLs you submit, the outputs we generate, the logs of each run.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store the Stripe customer ID; we never see or store your card details.
• Product analytics: aggregated usage metrics (pages viewed, actions taken). No third-party ad tracking.

What we don’t do

• Sell your data.
• Share your data with advertisers.
• Read your run outputs for any purpose other than generating and delivering them to you.

Processors we use

• Supabase — authentication and database.
• Stripe — payments.
• Modal — pipeline compute.
• Cloudflare — image hosting, DNS.
• Anthropic — AI categorization and policy review (prompts contain only the product titles from your submitted store).
• Resend — transactional email.

Retention

Run images auto-delete 30 days after the run. Shopify CSVs, SQLite DBs, and policy review reports are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion. Account records are retained until you close your account.

Your rights

Email privacy@storeshift.app to request:

• A copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Deletion of your account and associated data.
• Correction of inaccurate data.
